WHAT ARE MEETINGS LIKE?

Detachments are required to have meetings once a month. The meetings are chaired by the Commandant of the detachment. Our meetings follow a set ritual which includes an opening ceremony, a roll-call of officers,  voting on new members, installation of new members, welcoming guests and new members, reading the minutes of the previous meeting, paymaster's report, chaplain's report, reports from all officers present, old business, new business, announcements and a closing ceremony.

At all meetings, the following items shall be present: the detachment charter, a Bible, and the American flag.
